The Los Angeles Airport Peace Officers Association (LAAPOA) is pleased to announce its endorsement of Hydee Feldstein Soto for Los Angeles City Attorney.
Feldstein Soto is an attorney with decades of experience navigating difficult financial and structural issues, managing legal practices and groups of lawyers, and assuming leadership positions in the profession. She is also an ardent community leader with a proven track record of holding our government accountable at City Hall and beyond.
Her top priorities include addressing homelessness and affordable housing issues, rooting out corruption in city government and creating a Los Angeles that is safe for all by prioritizing and advocating for public safety.
“A LAAPOA endorsement is given only after careful consideration to those candidates exhibiting the finest qualifications and the highest commitment to public safety,” LAAPOA President Marshall McClain says. “Feldstein Soto’s commitment to remain a leader on issues regarding public safety has become evident to us by other fellow public safety organizations throughout Los Angeles County, which too have endorsed her candidacy. Strong advocacy for public safety, public employees and educational policies is something that must remain at the foundation of government.”
