Justin Erbacci Named Permanent LAWA CEO - Los Angeles Airport Peace Officers Association

The Los Angeles Airport Peace Officers Association (LAAPOA) supports Justin Erbacci’s permanent appointment to CEO of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). CEO Erbacci is someone with whom LAAPOA has long worked since he joined LAWA in 2016, and we believe stability at the CEO level is important for this time in airport, policing and American history.

We look forward to CEO Erbacci’s leadership in advancing LAX, as the evolution of the airport is underway to bring LAX back to its pre-COVID-19 status, and taking it to the next level.

We strongly expect that CEO Erbacci will support the police reform that LAAPOA is advocating to him in this time of great reflection of police leadership in our nation.

Founded in 1982, the Los Angeles Airport Peace Officers Association (LAAPOA) represents the sworn police officers of the Los Angeles Airport Police, the Los Angeles Municipal Police and the Los Angeles Park Rangers assigned to protect and serve Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Van Nuys Airport (VNY) and the city of Los Angeles, and provide emergency medical services, law enforcement and wildland firefighting in the open space parks and throughout the city of Los Angeles.
