Vendor tables will be assigned, each vendor will be provided a 6-foot table. Doors for setup will open as early as 6:30a.m., with the event beginning at 8:00a.m., and concluding at 8:00p.m. Vendors are welcomed and encouraged to stay for the entirety of the event, with break down starting at 5:00p.m. Attendees will be given 15 minute breaks in between speakers to visit tables, and also a 1-hour lunch so again they will be allotted time to visit the tables.

The fee for a vendor table is $150. The deadline to reserve is October 3.
