Women’s Conference

The LAAPOA Women’s Conference is a full-day event that brings together women from a variety of agencies who are focused on the growth and development of women in policing. This inspiring conference empowers attendees to confidently advocate for themselves and others as they advance in their careers.

Dynamic guest speakers will address key issues affecting women in law enforcement and offer fresh, meaningful perspectives. Attendees will leave with valuable insights — the key to understanding their “I am.”

Registration includes interactive training sessions that provide tools for attendees to successfully accomplish their goals.
